Community Needs and Funding Allocation Results
Housing and Services Inventories
The State of Utah Strategic Plan on Homelessness has tasked Local Homeless Coordinating Committees (LHCCs) with providing an inventory of available housing and an inventory and gap analysis of available supportive services related to mental health and substance use in their communities to the State Homeless Coordinating Committee (SHCC) on an annual basis.
The required data and forms must be returned to HPO by the close of business on Wednesday April 21st, 2021. Failure to complete these inventories will result in your LHCC being out of compliance with the State Strategic Plan and may impact funding decision making. The HPO staff is here to assist you in these efforts, so please do not hesitate to reach out if you are in need of assistance or have any questions.
The Iron County LHCC will proceed with the following tentative schedule:
Tuesday, April 27 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. – Community Gap Analysis/Needs Discussion and SFY22 Program Prioritization
